Lin Schluessler, 92, passed away from this crazy old world, September 27, 2023. He was the son of Frieda Meyer and Paul Schluessler. He married Kay Miller on November 18,1966. Lin was a member of the Central Church of Christ. A retired lifelong farmer, he also worked 26 and a half years in maintenance at North Knox High School and drove a school bus for 20 years. Lin also raised beef cattle.
He is survived by his wife, of 56 years, Kay Schluessler; sons Eric (Shawnda) and Brent (Amanda) Schluessler; grandchildren Sarah, Adam, Eric Lindau; step-grandchildren Addie, Dylan, and Braden Wolfe.
Lin was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Minnie, Hulda, Paula, Violet, Berniece, Esther; and an infant brother.
The family graveside service at Bethel Cemetery in Freelandville, IN will be October 1, 2023, at 3pm.
