Chandelier Barn Market
It will be another big weekend in Daviess County, with lots going on. The 10th annual Chandelier Barn Market opens today and tomorrow on the grounds of the Gasthof Amish Village in Montgomery. 45th Annual Carfest and Cruize-In
The 20th Century Chevy Car Club presents their 45th Annual Carfest and Cruiz-In tomorrow and Sunday at Eastside Park in Washington. The Criuz will kick off tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. from Eastside Park, and the show will be all day on Sunday. A free concert will be held on the bandstand after the Cruiz featuring “Hotel California,” the top tribute to the Eagles. That show will begin around 7:30 p.m. and is again free for everyone. At the show on Sunday, be sure to visit the silent auction in the community building. Tune in for updates from Carfest all weekend on Memories 107.9 FM.
Knights of Columbus Drawing
The Knights of Columbus will be drawing once again Saturday evening, with the jackpot total now at $49,764. You can purchase your tickets at the club in downtown Washington until 5:45 p.m. Saturday evening, and they will draw at 6, with half-pot drawings to follow.
Corning Irish Heritage Center
And Sunday, the Corning Irish Heritage Center will present their annual picnic at the center. Enjoy great food from Big Al’s BBQ from 11 to 3 and live entertainment throughout the day. All the details for the afternoon are posted on the Corning Irish Heritage Center Facebook page.
