Daviess County Airport (DCY) has announced the temporary closure of Runway 18/36 starting Monday, September 18, for construction purposes. The closure will remain in effect until October 16. During this time, a construction crew will mark the runway with ‘x’ markings, and NOTAMs (Notice to Airmen) will be issued. However, the North/South taxiway and fuel station will remain operational, along with the grassed Runway 9/27, providing alternative options for aircraft operations.
