In the early hours of September 4, at around 2:22 AM, officers from the Washington Police Department’s 3rd shift encountered Ralph L. Fox, 61, in the vicinity of Ogdon St. The officers had noticed Fox tampering with a moped. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that Fox was in possession of approximately 6 grams of methamphetamine. He was subsequently arrested without any resistance. Fox now faces charges of possession of methamphetamine and criminal conversion.
