Fans attending the Friday night game between the Hatchets and Edgewood at Hatchet Hollow can expect an 8:00 p.m. kickoff. Visiting team supporters are directed to the visiting bleachers on the visitor’s side, as there won’t be bleachers on the home side. All Hatchet fans are encouraged to bring their own chairs. Portable bleachers situated in the east end zone will be reserved for Washington students and the Golden Pride Marching Band. For general seating, spectators are welcome to occupy the track encircling the field, with designated no-fan areas, notably behind the team benches. Organizers ask parents to keep their children with them due to ongoing construction and remind attendees that athletic sports balls, including footballs, are prohibited within the stadium. Officials understand this is not the ideal situation for the first home game in the new stadium and apologize for the situation.
