Preston Arcangeli, 22, of Washington, was arrested on counts of Criminal Conversion and Public Nudity. Bond was set at $25,000.
Alaiah Peyton, 29, of Evansville, was arrested on a count of failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,000 and bond was posted.
Phillip Waggoner, 21, of Washington, was arrested on counts of strangulation and domestic battery. No bond was set.
