Stephanie Royston, 47, of Shoals, was arrested on counts of Interference with Medical Services, Practicing Medicine Without a License, Failure to Make, Keep, or Furnish Records, Obtaining a Controlled Substance by Fraud, and Possession of a Narcotic. Bond was set at $7,500, and bond was posted.
Christopher Gluck, 55, of Washington, was arrested on counts of Resisting Law Enforcement, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Possession of Methamphetamine. No bond was set.
