Discover Downtown Petersburg announced today that rising country music star Chase Wright has been added as a “Special Guest” to Petersburg’s Buffalo Trace Festival on Saturday, October 14, 2023, and will open the show for headliner Thompson Square. The free concert will be the feature of the two-day festival held on October 13 and 14, hosted in the heart of downtown Petersburg. The Buffalo Trace Festival is a two-day festival highlighted by top musical performances, a street carnival including rides and food vendors, vendor booths, a beauty pageant, a beer garden, and a celebratory parade.
