Lee Hodges ran away with the 3M Open at TPC Twin Cities for his first PGA Tour title. Hodges led wire-to-wire finishing at 24-under 260, a new 3M Open tournament scoring record. During the week, he set the 36- and 54-hole scoring marks and will move to 33rd in the FedEx Cup standings, on the cusp of earning a spot at East Lake for the Tour Championship in Atlanta.
In the Senior British Open Alex Cejka bested Padraig Harrington in a playoff and takes home the $448,000 prize.
 
Chris Buescher got the third NASCAR Cup Series win of his career Sunday at Richmond and is officially a member of the 2023 playoff field.
