Pamela Barnes, 40, of Washington, was arrested on a count of possession of meth. Bond was set at $2,500 and bond was posted.
James Comenzind, 36, of Washington, was arrested on counts of Battery, Battery on Law Enforcement, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Disorderly Conduct. No bond was set.
Michael Campbell, 18, of Oaktown, was arrested on a count of Operating without a License. Bond was set at $2,000 and bond was posted.
