Early yesterday morning, a vehicle was pulled over on State Road 64 near Huntingburg by Trooper Jonathan Villanueva of the Indiana State Police. The driver, identified as 21-year-old Gavin Voegerl from Huntingburg, displayed signs of impairment and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Subsequent investigation revealed that Voegerl had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .125%. Voegerl was subsequently arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated (OWI).
