Tom Wininger, President of Wininger Construction, proudly showcases the stylish paired ranch homes in the new Westcott Paired Lifestyle Homes neighborhood. Situated just moments away from WestGate@Crane Technology Park. Thanks to a $900,000 READI grant, Wininger Construction was able to develop the necessary water and sewer infrastructure for the Westcott neighborhood. This grant has opened doors for aspiring homeowners to achieve the American Dream of owning their first home. The neighborhood includes three-bedroom paired ranches and townhomes, with a total of 30 homes planned across three phases. The first phase already features a standalone ranch home, and seven homes are currently available for sale. Additionally, seven homes have been leased to young professionals joining the technology park and the new microelectronics campus, WestGate One.
