Jacob Tedrow threw a complete game 4 hitter and had 4 rbi’s going 2-4 at the plate. . Drew Walker went 3 for 5 with 2 doubles and 2 runs batted in. Luke Lengacher chipped in with 2 hits. Loogootee now 9 and 6 on the season.
 
BR 7 Linton 5
Colton Stoll and Jacob Pauw both go 4 for 4 on the day and Pauw had 4 RBI’s including a Home Run. Pauw got the win on the mound scattering 6 hits and Ethan Stoll pitch 3 innings of 1 hit baseball in relief to earn the save. The Vikings are now 12-3 on the year and winner of 11 straight.
Softball
Barr Reeve beats Linton 9-7. Grace Butcher goes 3-5 with 2HR and 3 RBI, Emma Davis goes deep and has 3 RBI and Karlye Graber throws 61/3 and strikes out 13
Pike Central goes to 17-1 and winners of 17 straight since their opening day loss to BR on the season as they beat South Spencer 10-1.
 
3 athletes from Washington are going to the gymnastics national championships in Florida. They are part of the TUCK DYNASTY team from Linton. Good luck to Lyric Collison, Bella Cornelius, and Kate Iza this weekend.
