BR wins it with a dramatic run in the 7th. Senior Emma Davis stepped to the plate with the game tied 2-2 and deposited one over the left center power alley wall. Davis led the way with a 2 for 3 day and 2 RBI’s.

Markus Burton, a 6-1 guard from Penn High School has been named Indiana’s Mr. Basketball. Burton has committed to play for the Purdue Boilermakers. Mr Basketball of course wears the number 1 jersey for the Indiana All Stars which will face the Kentucky all stars on June 9th and 10th.

After a month of speculation and waiting it appears the Packers and Jets have agreed to a trade that will go down in NFL history as Aaron Rodgers will leave is longtime franchise and join the Jets who are historically one of the worst. Per the report, the Jets are sending the Packers the 13th, 42nd 207th (sixth round) picks in Thursday’s draft and a second-round pick in 2024 The Jets receive the No. 15 pick 170th pick in this weeks draft in addition to Rodgers. Per reports, Rodgers will forgo wearing the No. 12 jersey he donned in Green Bay for 18 seasons in favor of No. 8. Hall of Fame Jets quarterback Joe Namath wore No. 12 and gave Rodgers his blessing, but Rodgers opted instead to wear the jersey number from his college playing days at Cal.
Purdue’s Ross-Ade Stadium tunnel to Officially be Named “Tiller Tunnel”after the schools longtime coach Joe Tiller who had an 87-62 overall record in West Lafayette which stands as the most wins for any coach in Purdue history.
The SEC has introduced a new rule proposal that would discourage students from storming the field after big victories. If passed a home game would be stripped from the storming team’s future schedule and given to the losing team for the future matchup.
