The Lady Hatchets Track & Field finished 3rd at the Linton Invitational on Friday night out of 9 teams that competed. Team scores were: Linton: 129, South Knox: 109, Eastern Greene: 97, Washington: 91.5, Barr-Reeve: 65, North Knox: 57.5, Vincennes Lincoln: 40, Bloomfield: 20 and White River Valley: 13.
The sole first place finish came from our 400m relay team that consisted of Jasara Turner, Kapri Granger, Tamara Datus and Ellie Matteson.
The Lady Hatchets will compete in the Forest Park Invitational on Tuesday.
In Baseball on Saturday Loogootee loses a wild one to Heritage Hills 16-10.
South Knox Baseball beats Evansville Bosse 11-0 to win their 10th straight and move to 11 and 1 on the season.
