Here is this morning’s report from area police departments:
Yesterday, Jasper Police responded to a report of a violation of a no-contact order by his ex-wife through text messages. After an investigation, officers arrested 55 year old Perry Burger of Jasper. Burger was booked into the Dubois County Security Center on a charge of Invasion of Privacy.
Yesterday, Vincennes Police arrested 29 year old Ashley Brooke Ewer of Vincennes on a charge of theft. She was booked into the Knox County Jail and her bond was set at $4,000.
Also on Thursday, the Knox County Sheriff’s Department arrested 47 year old Chad Allen Smith of Bicknell for possession of marijuana and possession of a syringe. He was booked into the Knox County Jail and bond was set at $5,000.
The Daviess County Security Center reports that yesterday, Daviess County Deputies arrested 18 year old Essie Craney of Cannelburg. She was was booked into the Security Center on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Operating a Vehicle Intoxicated by a Controlled Substance, Endangerment, and Possession of Marijana. Craney was released an a $2,000 bond.
