*Update* Intoxicated driver leads police on high-speed chase, collides with patrol cars before arrest in Washington

A driver in Pike County, Indiana, was arrested after leading police on a high-speed pursuit. Deputy Bryce Manning attempted to pull over the driver for speeding, but the driver accelerated away, reaching speeds of up to 100mph. The pursuit continued into Daviess County, where Chief Deputy Dallas Killian successfully used tire deflation tools to slow the vehicle down. The driver collided with two patrol cars before finally being apprehended after a short foot chase. The driver was found to be intoxicated and driving on a suspended license, and he was charged with multiple offenses. The Pike County Sheriff’s Office thanked other law enforcement agencies and dispatch centers for their assistance.
