The Monday after the NFL regular season is usually a nervous day for many head coaches. Two of them don’t have to fret any longer:
Lovie Smith fired by Houston Texans and becomes the second straight
one season -and-done head coach for the organization.
The Arizona Cardinals have fired head coach Kliff Kingsbury 10 months after signing him to a contract extension through the 2027 season.
With the earlier coaching dismissals as of now there are openings with those two teams along with Indianapolis, Carolina and Denver.
On the other end of the spectrum Bill Belichick, who is the NFL’s longest-tenured coach and turns 71 in April, said Monday that he plans to return for his 24th season as New England Patriots coach in 2023.
For you wrestling fans things are getting interesting in the WWE. Stephanie McMahon announced her resignation as co-CEO on Tuesday evening, less than one week after her father, Vince McMahon, came out of retirement and returned as chairman of the board.
