New programs are being offered for paid manufacturing training.
Over four weeks, the students received 160 hours of instruction in advanced manufacturing in the Catapult Program offered at Vincennes University’s Jasper Campus.
Participating employers are invited to attend an event at the end of the four-week training to interview and potentially hire these individuals.
In November 2022, five students from Daviess and Martin counties recently completed Catapult and were offered employment.
