Tamara I. McQueen, 72, of Winslow, Indiana, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022, at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
She was born in Washington, Indiana, on December 2, 1950, to Lester and Dorothy (Farris) McQueen.
She graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and spent her career working at Egleston Children’s Hospital in Henrietta, Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Twila. Her mother, Dorothy, survives.
In accordance with her wishes, Tamara will be cremated with no public services.
