With the Christmas weekend coming, all Daviess County and City of Washington offices will be closed Friday and Saturday. The City bus will not run, and the City of Washington will not collect trash on Friday or Monday. Washington residents with regular trash pick-up on Friday, should have their trash ready for pick-up this morning. For those with regular trash pick-up on Monday, they should have their trash ready for pick-up on Tuesday morning. The recycling center and the County landfill will also be closed.
