On November 17th, the Jasper Police Department began an investigation into James Blunk in reference to allegations of inappropriate touching of a juvenile under the age of 14.
James Blunk was ultimately arrested yesterday and is being charged with two counts of child molesting, which are level 4 felonies.
Blunk was transported to the Dubois County Security Center.
