David Edward McKinley, 60, of Vincennes, passed AWAY and left this earthly world on November 7, 2022 to go to his heavenly home and to be with the Lord in glory for all eternity. He knew this to be because like he’d say the Bible says so.
He was born on August 26, 1962, in Pontiac, Michigan to William and Mary (Street) McKinley Sr.
David served in the Army National Guard from 1984-1993 and attended the Westminster Presbyterian Church. David became a true believer of the Gospel of Grace and his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 20, 2018. On this same day and time Dave became a member of the Body of Christ and a child of God.
Dave enjoyed talking to friends and family, studying the bible with his brother and eating out. He didn’t know a stranger. He love his 70’s music.
Surviving are a son Tyler McKinley and his fiancé Stephaney; a daughter Vanessa Bunte and her husband B.J. of Columbus; a brother William McKinley Jr. and his wife Sharon of Vincennes; a grandson Graham Bunte; a niece Tracy Masaitis and her husband Jay of Florida; their two son Jason and Jared also of Florida; and a nephew Tony McKinley of Vincennes. He also leaves an x-wife Roberta Dalton of Vincennes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William L McKinley Sr and Mary McKinley (Street)
A Celebration of David’s life will be at 1:00 Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service. Burial will be private in Memorial Park Cemetery. Goodwin – Sievers Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with his arrangements.
