Coach Craney is in her second year at the helm and will open up Tuesday night at Shakamak and will stay busy with 4 games in the first week. Don’t forget the WC Basketball preview scrimmages are tonight with a chili supper preceding the event.
In College Hoops the IU men open up tonight with a home game versus Morehead State at 7:00 on Big Ten Plus

Notre Dame’s shocking but convincing win over Clemson on Saturday was a bright spot in a very disappointing weekend for football in the state. IU and Purdue both lose badly on Saturday and the Colts offensive line problems again overshadow everything else that the team is trying to accomplish. Stats in the 26-3 lackluster loss to the Patriots are very telling of the offensive woes. Sam Ehrlinger passed for only 103 yards and the QB was the leading rusher with 39 yards while Alec Pierce led the way receiving with only 23 yards.
