VANDERBURGH COUNTY, Ind. — A southern Indiana couple are wanted for the death of a child. Arrest warrants have been issued for Jose-Gomez-Alvarez and Cheyanne Porter out of Vanderbugh County, adding charges of neglect of a dependent resulting in death and abuse of a corpse, reports 14 News. Police claim they found the remains of Gomez-Alvarez’s 9-year-old daughter in a tote. She had been missing since November of last year. Police say the girl’s sibling said she was killed at their home in Evansville. Both Porter and Gomez-Alvarez are already in the Daviess County jail.
