A lucky Bicknell resident had their lives changed forever with a special delivery yesterday. According to reports, Publishers Clearing House was spotted in Bicknell yesterday delivering a dozen roses and balloons from a local floral shop, Bicknell Floral and Design. The delivery also came with a big check. The man, Gregory Robinson of Bicknell, was awarded a $50 thousand dollar check. The prize was given yesterday around noon.
