Early walk-in voting for the November 8th general election will begin in the office of the circuit court clerk on Wednesday, October 12th. Voting will continue Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Early voting will also be available from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Monday, November 7th. Voters need to show an Indiana driver’s license, an Indiana ID, or other photo ID issued by the state of Indiana or the US government. The clerk’s office is located on the top floor of the court house, and will be open Saturday, Oct. 29th and Saturday, Nov. 5th for the voters who can not make it during the week. Anybody needing a ballot mailed to them or needing assistance voting should contact the Voter Registration Office at 812-254-8679.
