The Vincennes Civitan Club will honor local frontline workers as the 2020–2022 Citizens of the Year tomorrow at Good Samaritan.
Civitan donated a bench to recognize the frontline workers that will be unveiled during a dedication ceremony.
Vincennes Civitan Club President, Karen Tolliver, noted that these dedicated frontline workers deserve to be recognized for helping us get through the COVID pandemic.
Founded in 1952, the Vincennes Civitan Club provides multiple services to the community and recently completed a $15,000 pledge for Gregg Park playground equipment with a special emphasis on serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The public is invited to attend the dedication ceremony of the bench tomorrow outside Gibault Memorial next to the Health Pavilion entrance. The ceremony will take place at 8:30 a.m. (ET).
