Herbert Raber, 90, of Montgomery, IN passed away Monday July 4, 2022, at his home.
He was born on May 29, 1932, to Joe and Barbara (Knepp) Raber. Herbert married Geneva Rose Wittmer on April 7, 1955. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Herbert is preceded in death by his wife, Geneva Rose Raber, who passed away on December 1, 2021, his parents Joe and Barbara (Knepp) Raber, and 4 Great – Grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Glenda Raber, Jacob (Anna) Raber, Esther (Leroy) Stoll, Titus (Miriam) Raber, Abraham (Fannie) Raber, Fannie Mae (Daniel) Graber, Barbara Ann (Delmar) Kemp, Inez (Samuel) Hershburger, Harvey (Pauline) Raber, Lavern Ray (Barbara) Raber, Rosemary Raber, Martin Joe (Marlene) Raber and Herbert Jason (Theresa) Raber, 86 Grandchildren, 146 Great – Grandchildren, and his Sister- in -Law, Sarah Ann Wittmer.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday July 7, 2022, at 9:00 A.M at the Parson Event Center, 4139 N 700 E, Montgomery, IN. Burial will follow in the Southwest Cemetery.
Visitation will begin on Tuesday July 5, 2022, at 1:00 P.M at the Parson Event Center and continue Wednesday July 6, 2022, and until the time of service on July 7, 2022.
