On September 14, 2020, the Washington Police Department received a complaint that around 7:10 AM in the area of Troy Rd and Tulip Lane, a male subject attempted to force a 17 year old female into his vehicle. The male subject is described to be a white male, approximately 5’4” tall, with a thick build, missing teeth, patchy beard, and estimated to be in his late 40’s or early 50’s. The male was described to be driving a dark Navy Blue full size four door truck with a white camper shell.
