Animals from Wildlife In Need are being relocated to the Indianapolis Zoo

The Indianapolis Zoo is overseeing the removal of dozens of animals from a troubled wildlife park in southern Indiana. Crews have started removing animals from the Wildlife in Need zoo in Charlestown. The zoo has been at the center of several animal abuse claims, so a judge says the animals must be removed. Wildlife In Need’s owner denies the abuse accusations, explaining that he never put any of the animals in danger. The plan is for all of the animals to be transferred to their new homes by September 18th. So far, over 40 animals have been relocated.
