Governor Eric Holcomb has directed that flags statewide be flown at half-staff today, in honor of Patriot Day, better known as 9/11. Holcomb is requesting businesses and residents across the state to lower their flags from sunrise to sunset to honor and remember the victims of the Sept. 11 terror attacks, which happened 19 years ago.
