Authorities seize 90 grams of meth, handguns, and more

Authorities arrested two individuals on a series of charges after warrants were issued for their arrest last month. On Wednesday, Washington PD, the DEA task force, Indiana State Police, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, and the Vincennes Police Department attempted to locate 34 year old Rita K. Fraley of Vincennes and 41 year old Mark A. Baughn of Bicknell in the Knox County area.
Officers located Fraley in Vincennes and arrested her without incident. Officers were also able to locate and arrest Baughn without incident in Vincennes. K9 units assisted in the arrest and located large amounts of Meth.
Officers then obtained a search warrant for Baughn’s residence in Bicknell where they reported seizing additional large amounts of Methamphetamine, 4 handguns, items associated with manufacturing/distributing Methamphetamine, syringes, cash, and paraphernalia.
In total, Officers reported seizing approximately 90 grams of Methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $9,000. They also found nearly one-half pound of Marijuana. Fraley and Baughn are being held in the Daviess County Security Center ON $50,000 bonds.
